Dax’s on Saturday!

Hey good people!
We just wanted to let you know that we will be over in Richland this Saturday rockin’ Dax’s all night! Starting at 9pm and going till close, Midstokke will be laying it down! If you’re gonna be in the area, stop by and have a drink with us and have a lot of fun!
Also, we started up our own Youtube channel! We uploaded a butt load of vids we have from the last few years that our buddy Fox recorded. Head over there and check em’ out and leave us a comment or two. Feel free to share them also!

Good News, Bad News

(First the Bad News)
Hey there good people. Well we don’t really know how to put this but the tour that we have been working on with our booking company in LA is going to be postponed. It seems we misjudged the amount of time needed to confirm all the dates that we wanted to play on this tour of ours. Most, if not all the clubs in the cities we wanted to rock are booked up. So, we have rescheduled for April of 2011. The tour will be going on the same route but this time we have given the booking company ample time to set up awesome shows for the band!
(Now the Good News)
For those of you who came out to the BBQ and donated your hard earned cash to the cause, we again thank you. The money that was originally intended to fund the trip will now be pumped directly into helping us record our next album in which we begin recording in early November!! We have local grammy award winning producer Justin Armstrong on board and it looks like we’ll be doing some great work together at Bob Lang Studios in Seattle! Look for a new release this winter!
All of us in Midstokke feel deeply saddened and frankly, embarrassed that after all the hype, we won’t be able to head out on the road just yet. We sincerely apologize for those who were planning on coming out. We thank everyone who supports and has supported us for so very long. This is just a minor bump in the road and the tour is still on but it’s just going to a few more months away now. On the bright side, all of you good people have given us a huge gift in that now we can afford to record a new disc of tunes. Thank you for that!
We’ll see you August 7th at Dax’s in Richland!

Hey people,
We know it’s been crazy out there for everyone with Christmas and New Years goig on. We’re running around like chickens with our heads cut off too but life is good! Good to be with family and friends.
We just want to thank all of you who have supported us this year and all the years past. Thanks for coming out to the shows, drinking with us in the parking lot and raising hell whever we show up. We wouldn’t be who we are without all of you crazy people.
We look to make 2010 the best year ever so get on board while you can people! This train is about to leave the station. Happy New Year to all! We love you!

Hey good people! Steven Douglas here just letting you know that you NEED to be at the JET BAR Friday, December 11th for Midstokke’s LAST SHOW OF THE YEAR!!!! We will be kicking ass with friends Superfekta and we are closing down the bar! Always an awesome time when we do that! Bring your friends, your friends’ friends and their family members! We love ya and we can’t wait to see you all again at one of the best venues on the northside!

Great news!
“Trainwreck” off of our new album “It’s Your Problem Now!” was played last sunday night on KISW’s Local show!! It’s our first time being on the air (finally) in Seattle and we are STOKKED! The show airs every sunday from 11pm to 12am. This means now that we need to harass the shit out of KISW to get them to play the song again and again and again!
